Hi I am Dave, own my own business, have great references from current letting agent, I need a house to rent somewhere in the general Hastings to Eastbourne area. I live alone with my soppy labradoodle who goes everywhere with me including to work, so is never really left at home, but we do need a garden. I look after property and love gardening...can pay up to £800/month, depending on the property. Must be a house with a garden not a flat or maisonette. Only looking as current landlord has decided to sell the house I am living.
